Understanding access
Section 21 is the route through which registered patients may lawfully access medical cannabis products in South Africa. It can sound complicated from the outside. It isn't, and you don't have to work it out alone.
We'll walk you through what Section 21 means, what's required of you, and how access is arranged through the Cannabis Commerce Forum — honestly, and at your pace.
